The breakfast was great. The room was cosy, clean, and had everything you needed. The owners were so helpful and amended small issues immediately (such as the kettle not working). It is conveniently located close to the A19. Very welcoming and comfortable, would most definitely stay again.

The small kitchen in the apartment could have had a small supply of crockery (plates and cutlery) to avoid having to go to the main building if eating a takeaway / cooking. It would also be nice to have the fridge on but is not a necessity.

Really friendly and homely, spotless and very well appointed. lovely white bed lined and super comfy bed. The breakfast was perfect, really well cooked and presented, delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

It didn't bother me but there is building work going on as you drive down to the property. However this really didn't have any impact on my stay and I wouldn't stop me returning.
