Breakfast was excellent, and for Lunch or Dinner there are pubs and shopping opportunities locally. If you want to order food in, the hosts are happy to leave out plates, glasses etc to use in the dining area, which is a nice touch. Local cab firms are on time and know the area, and if you want to explore the area the location is ideal to get into the surrounding countryside and N. yorks moors etc. Yarm is a vibrant old market town with plenty of pubs and eateries too.

My one and only recommendation is that they hosts think about adding an EV charger for guest use, as locally charging points (especially rapid ones) are in short supply, however that is a wish list item and no way refelcts on the brilliant stay I had.
