Location was good and property was spacious. They arranged a comfortable and reasonably priced travel from Marsa Alam to Luxor. Time of check in and check out was flexible and local manager was accommodating in those aspects.

Our stay felt more like an Airbnb setup rather than a hotel experience. The property was a house (one of several) managed by a local representative appointed by the company, rather than a fully serviced hotel. The bathroom did not have basic toiletries such as soap, and there was no housekeeping service during our stay — towels were not cleaned or replaced. Electrical switches were very limited and not closer to bed, hence charging devices was very difficult. Food arrangements were outsourced. On one occasion, we were served only bread for breakfast with no accompaniments. We were given dry falafel or jam to eat with. When we asked about it, we were told that items were unavailable in the market. While they apologized and gave a box of sweets for the kids, we still had to arrange and pay for breakfast outside. We also booked a day trip through the local manager, but the taxi arrived late with no apologies instead we got rude and impolite behaviour. The car did not have air conditioning, which was very uncomfortable in the heat. Additionally, we experienced unprofessional and impolite behavior from the local manager, which created unnecessary inconvenience. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations for a hotel booking experience

Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung. Wir haben zusätzlich (sehr gutes) Abendessen bestellt und auf der Dachterrasse eingenommen. Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden auch kostenfrei vom Bahnhof abgeholt.

Location on the west bank was close to the public ferry and easy to book a private one! Made it very easy to get around. Coming back the boat negotiations were a bit harder, but nothing major. The rooftop was lovely and Karim was very kind and helpful. Everything was also very clean!

Staff were very nice and helpful. Super friendly, made us feel at home.

We had little problem with hot water but was fixed real quick not a big issue.

Location was great, near to ferry and the attractions on West Bank, good restaurants within 3 mins walk. Host are very nice and friendly, make us feel at home

Road in front of the house is under construction. Bust seems will finish soon.

The apartment was large and clean, amazing value . The owner and his family made sure we were well taken care of care of, we loved the food they served us, we felt like family!

Everything was great!
