Closeness to the Virupaksha temple, just a min walk. The rooms were clean but now the terrace has been replaced by additional rooms. The gopi restaurant just bang opposite is just too good, so food was sorted too. The manager Kiran was very courteous and helpful.

The location was absolutely brilliant being very close to many of the sights and also the river - enabling very peaceful walks in stunning scenery. The restaurant across the way was very good for breakfast and evening meal. Kiran was a very good host, always available to give help and advice

Our room wasn’t perfect but was appropriate for the money we paid.

Great location by the temples. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was always hot water when having a shower, which is not always the case in India. You can also fill up your water bottle and had access to hot water to make a coffee in the morning. Kiran and his brother were perfect hosts, attentive and responsive. Kiran also arranged a rickshaw to pick us up from Hospet.

The host was great. Great communication and always available to help when needed. Hot showers all the time, and a great location for sightseeing.

The location is perfect, just next to Virupaksha Temple. The host Kiran is very nice and helpful, helped us with baggage from the Car Parking area and other things. The room is comfortable with a very soft mattress, hot water and a table and chair. There is a small kitchen on the first floor, where you can fill bottles and heat water if required.

The washroom although fine, can be better with a few enhancements.

It is a small guesthouse set in a quaint but very safe gully right behind the central Virupaksha temple. There are choices for restaurants directly opposite to the building. Every other necessary amenity was provided by our host, Kiran who made sure our stay was comfortable!
