The location was close and pickup and drop were available from the mall road.

Rooms were wet. Severe moisture issues. They were not cleaned properly. I delivered key for room cleaning. But it was not cleaned at all. Water was coming out of the wall due to moisture. Asked for water, that did not come. Again had to call after one hour.

Liked the location, room and food.

I would characterize the staff's demeanor as a mixture of professionalism and a perceived lack of warmth. While no individual exhibited rudeness, the reception experience did not consistently foster a sense of friendliness or comfort. Although the team demonstrated professional conduct, their helpfulness was somewhat limited. All other aspects of the experience were highly satisfactory. A notable area for improvement pertains to the accessibility of rental bicycles within the mall road area. It is advisable to secure accommodations outside the mall road to ensure unrestricted access to rented bicycles, as this particular establishment's location within the mall road restricts direct access to personal vehicles.

The location is extremely poor. Once you go in you will not want to go out to the market as the walk is VERY VERY LONG. The pricing of mineral water bottle is being charged above the MRP and on top of it they are also charging Tax for the water bottle. I told them it is not allowed to sell above MRP without any added extra value but they were adamant and did not reduce the pricing. They should be reported to the relevant authorities for this. Their only justification was that they have printed it in the menu but that doesn't change anything

Just it is situated in the main mall road.

Everything, didn't like the behaviour of Manager and Receptionist. They were very rude to us. The room was so small, booked for deluxe but got the standard room, which was not so good. It was very bad experience to stay there.
