Ann Luxury Rooms

Lovely, spacious, and clean apartment. Very close to the city centre. We would stay here again if we were to come back to Split.

No access to the lift, so we had to carry all our stuff up two flights of stairs with a toddler in a pushchair. Unfortunately, the boiler stopped working on our last morning, so we had cold showers, but otherwise, it was great.

Some things felt a bit cheap, and there was bad communication at check in. First we were told we could check in between 12 and 13. Then around 13 again, and then check in at 14. The room was being cleaned when we arrived. It would be easier just to specifiy a precise check in time. Also there was almost no toilet paper so we had to buy some ourselfs.

The apartment was lovely and perfect for a girls trip to Split! Very central, a Tommy market just down the road was very handy. The host came to the apartment on the day of arrivals to suggest recommendations of what to do which was fab. It was very quiet on a night time. Great to have the option to cook in or eat our, access to Netflix too so could chill and watch tv. I would recommend staying here, we had a fab time.

No access to the lifts (apartment up two flights of stairs) The sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest Only one mirror in the whole place which made getting ready challenging for 3 girls We was also promised we could leave our bags in the lobby on the day of checkout as we had a late flight home, however was contacted by the host on the day to say this was not possible so then had to walk round the city with our luggage which wasn’t ideal!

Location was excellent and the apartment was extremely pretty to look at.

Could have been cleaner (but I have very high standards) and the shower didn’t get hot for us on the first night (we were only there for two) so this really affected our stay. Although, the host was really responsive and told us exactly how to get the boiler to start warming the water, I feel this should have been turned on prior to our arrival. We had been travelling all day and had dinner reservations, both me and my partner had to have cold showers as the water took hours to heat. For the price of the apartment, I don’t think that was acceptable. There is a lift in the building, but no access to it.

Location, location, location! It is close to everything( Old town, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and the tour meeting points.....usually less than 10 minute walk). The room and bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable and check in was smooth. I initially had to call Rebecca to get the codes to enter. No issues , she immediately sent them to me. I would suggest to anyone to keep the phone number of Marin( the main boss who manages the apartments) on your phone because he is a real gem , a really nice guy and goes above and beyond to solve any issues you might have. Call Marin. This is important. They have a kettle and fridge. ( no teabags / coffee, but no issues for me as I dont drink coffee. You may want to bring some satchets.) My flight out of Split was at 11pm the last night. They were kind enough to allow me to leave my bags at the door and come get it closer to the time I had to leave for airport in the evening (7pm) All in all , it was a great stay and I have to thank Marin( the management) and the owner for it.

Fantastic location, brand new amenities, sound proof windows and great communication with the reception desk.

Everything was great, I would personally remove the rug with stains that is placed under the bed. It gives dirty vibes and is useless. Otherwise, the room was spotless!
