Marin and Rebecca were EXCELLENT hosts. Location is fabulous- the last street you can drive on before old town so just minutes away from pier and all sites.

The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Location is excellent, close to centre and within walking distance of main attractions. The host was excellent and had good communication, replied to any messages very quickly.

There is nothing we didn't like.

We were very disappointed with how the check-in went, we arrived at 10:30 in the morning as booking.com let us choose the arrival time. Making the booking we informed we would arrive in between 10-11 and the arrival time was accepted. So we arrived at 10:30 but didn’t get our room. We left our bags in the empty lobby feeling uneasy whether they would stay safe. The person we called to told us he would call back when we can check in but never called. 5 hours later we tried to call several times but no one answered until we reached Rebecca and she kindly texted the check in info to us.. The room is pretty but many of the facilities informed at booking.com were missing: shampoo, conditioner, bath robes and slippers. Also there seem to be dirty sheets in our closet and our towels already had stains in them. 😔 The fridge and the air conditioning don’t seem to work. There was also food in the fridge from previous quests. We were running out of toilet paper, there was just one small toilet paper roll in our bathroom. At booking.com they offers daily cleaning but the room was not very clean even when we arrived and they didn't clean our room until we contacted them and asked for it. We informed them about all of these problems and all we got was an answer that the owner is on holidays. In the end we felt like we paid too much for our "luxury room" and facilities that didn't even exist.

Great location!

Very Spacious and a great location, super easy to walk to the heart of the city and very clean. Great communication with the host.

The air conditioner barely seemed to work in the main living room, worked OK in the bedroom and the bathroom had no A/C and was very hot all the time.

Location was good a facilities were very good quality!

Finding the place wasn’t super clear as actually just 2/3 rooms rather than hotel like we had thought. However I messaged the host who called me almost immediately so was resolved without any issue!

The accommodation was on the second floor in the building without a lift. It is not suitable for everyone.This information was not available on the site.
