Good position for both Taupo town and the lake and other attractions. Wonderful size room with very comfortable bed and good amenities. Lovely breakfast

Donna is super friendly. Breakfast was great and plenty of it. Beds were super comfy. Lovely garden setting. Absolutely not what I was expecting but definitely worth staying at.

Queen room was a little smaller than I expected but it was still a lovely room and bed.

"No frills clean tidy and very hospitable!"

Such a wide selection for breakfast was very filling! The bathroom was a big and very clean. The host did well in keeping us comfortable.

It did get a bit hot in the room, but that might be because its us and we are always hot! But she had a fan which was great, just a bit loud we found ourselves choosing between the noisy fan or hack the heat to get to sleep lol.

Wonderful Hosts who were so helpful and provided non diary options for breakfast which was much appreciated. One evening they shared some delicious smoked trout with us. Peaceful sanctuary of a garden and yet walking distance to the lake and good restaurant.
