Sunnyside House

The guest house was spotless, bed very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Lorna and Stephen were very nice and very helpful. Would definitely go back.

The location was perfect, just a stroll into the town and near to the woodland walks. Right on the waterfront. The host was so welcoming and told us about was was around and how to get there. Fabulous breakfast too.

Breakfasts were great. Good variety, fresh ingredients and plenty to eat. Didnt need lunch! Great location and wonderful view from the window. Lorna was lovely..very friendly and helpful Bed was very comfy

Shower could be a bit more powerful but a minor detail

Perfect location in a very pretty area directly opposite the beach. Close walk to the main town with plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from. Very welcoming warm staff who couldn’t to enough to help. The massive breakfasts were fresh and beautifully cooked.

Very nice host and excellent breakfast. The bigger room was very convenient.

The smaller room is by far too small for two people staying there with luggage.

Lorna was the perfect host. She couldn't do more to make my stay so perfect. The room was wonderful and the breakfast was fantastic. The sea view was just so peaceful. I loved everything

There is nothing that I didn't like

The location right on Rothesay Bay is stunning. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in front and watching the ferry and sailboats. Excellent breakfast including gluten free toast and homemade bramble preserves.

We liked it all.
