Lorna was lovely and made us feel very welcome! Breakfast was great. The room was fantastic and that view is spectacular. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.

Lorna was very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and had wonderful views. Breakfast was delicious and had cuddles with their lovely dog Striven.

Perfectly positioned in Rothesay for all the local restaurants and pubs and places to visit. The breakfasts were amazing and the room was so cosy and comfortable with everything you need for that perfect stay. The host Lorna was fantastic and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Will definitely be back when visiting again.

The absolute perfect getaway experience at Sunnyside! The room facilities were excellent and came with a fabulous view from the bay window. Breakfast quality and quantity outstanding and Lorna was happy and enthusiastic in her recommendations of what Bute has to offer. This accommodation is ideal for a relaxing stay within a very pleasing home. Thank you very much Lorna for a lovely couple of nights at Sunnyside.

The breakfast was lovely - full cooked breakfast, with options for cereal, yoghurt, or fruit. The location is excellent, only a short walk from the ferry terminal and historic sites around the town, plus easy to get the bus to other parts of the island. Extra bonus was the lovely view of the bay and access to a living room looking out over it.

I chose Sunnyside House Hotel because of the price and its location. It's right on the seafront a short walk from the ferry terminal. The owner Lorna made me feel like part of the family right from the start. I loved the full the full Scottish breakfast in the mornings and would definately stay there again.

The rooms aren't massive but they do have everything you need and it was much better than I expected for the price.
