Close to ferry and town. Lovely comfy bed and homely feel, fab traditional breakfast and Lorna the host really is Granny Island from the Katie Morag children’s books 😊

Exceptional breakfast- I do enjoy a proper Scottish breakfast! Great lounge area with view over Rothesay harbour- could watch the Paddle Steamer Waverley coming and going. Also great to make friends with Striven the resident Labrador.

I have been here a few times and really appreciate the welcome and made to feel at home. The host is also very knowledgeable about the area and places of interest.

Nothing really as know what to expect when I arrive.
