Sunnyside House

Beautiful view from the room. Room and ensuite very clean and comfortable. Lorna and Stevie made us feel very welcome. Cooked us a lovely breakfast, second morning we were leaving early Lorna offered to do us an early breakfast but we opted for the packed lunch instead which was very nice. Would definitely recommend staying at Sunnyside House. Two local pubs made us feel very welcome, Macs Bar and the Rabbie. Also the Kettle Drum cafe all recommended by the host.

Bathroom a bit small for me

The host Lorna was very friendly & helpful. Gave us a lot of advice on where to go & what to see. The cooked breakfast was very good. Great view from the window & outside seating area where you could relax & have a drink.. Short walk into Town for restaurants. Very Good location.

Could have done with more room in the bathroom, very compact but suffice.

Lorna was a great host. The location was Perfect. Breakfast was delicious, as was the takeaway option because of early start. Local knowledge and recommendations helpful.

Staying here was absolutely wonderful. I loved everything about the place. Lorna is such a lovely, warm, kind host and the place has great energy. The breakfast is the best I've ever had and the bed was so comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee (and teacakes yum) in the room and a large bottle of mineral water which I thought was a lovely touch. I will definitley be back, thanks Lorna, family and dog 💕🌞
