This felt like such a hidden gem and perfect local experience, more than worth the affordable price. The room was huge and comfortable with a view of the water. The staff were so nice. The breakfast was incredible. And having the affordable delicious restaurant underneath is such a treat. And the ferry came right to us! Stayed with my partner for two nights to explore the lake and this was exactly what we were looking for. I recommend visiting nearby Nesso by ferry for swimming and jumping off “Ponte de la chivera”. Other tip - the restaurant is closed on Thursdays and the other restaurants nearby are expensive, so plan ahead for that.

A truly unique place. If you're looking for accommodation near Como and find available rooms for your dates, don't hesitate. This place is wonderful! Perfect spot at lake Como, wonderful view from the room and incredibly wonderful hosts. Simple but freshly made breakfast every morning and great service and offer in their restaurant. The offer on drinks and dishes was very affordable for Como in the high season and a great value for money as it is a hotspot to easily get in and out of with the ferry stop just in front of the accomodation.

The room was very hot and barely cooled down at night as it doesn't come with air conditioning, which wasn't a deal breaker for me as I was aware upon booking but something to consider if you like to sleep in a fridge.
