Leahurst Bed and Breakfast

Breakfast was selected the night before and so when it arrived it was perfect, hot and tasty. Jackie (host) was very attentive, asking if everything was ok and did we want more of anything.

Lovely property, stylishly decorated. Jackie, the host was very friendly. Room was lovely, lots of thoughtful touches. Bathroom bijou but functional. Excellent breakfast. I would have gladly stayed for more than the one night I did.

Unfortunately the hot water thermostat had broken so I had to have a cold shower. This was one of those things, just unlucky it happened when I was there. Host was very apologetic about it. That aside, I genuinely can't fault it.

Lovely, friendly host and excellent accommodation, providing absolutely everything you might need for a restful and relaxing stay. Room was spacious and very clean and the super comfy beds made for an excellent nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious. What more could you ask for ? Highly recommended.

Fabulous room, comfortable beds. Thoughtful touches that I've not experienced in a B and B anywhere else - chilled water, amenities that you want to use and lovely toweling robes. Friendly hosts, gorgeous house with wonderful views.

My only gripe - and it's a small one - is I would like the option of a different type of breakfast, an option of just fruit or porridge/pastry would be great.

Lovely beds and the setting was lovely,we were made to feel very welcome and so much thought to the room and what people need for their stay ,lovely little touches , breakfast was lovely to we would highly recommend staying here it is ideal as a base for tywyn and surrounding areas and ideal parking and the house is immaculate thankyou for everything

It was perfect so nothing we didn't like

I had a spacious, comfortable, luxurious room in a gorgeous house. It was very quiet, perfect for sitting on the sofa by the window with the view across to the sea and the hills. Great coffee too!

It was all good.

The house is gorgeous and the location is beautiful. The hosts have a gift for hospitality that is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. It is in the top three of my stays in an 11 week sabbatical through Spain and the UK.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I only booked two nights here.

Very kind and generous host providing a welcome, comfortable B&B with all facilities and more: she has thought of everything, even scissors! Decoration and comfort were excellent and the breakfast delightful. Peaceful at night. Very well situated, a 5-10 minute walk from several restaurants and cafes in Tywyn on the coast. Located at the start of a picturesque drive through the Dysynni valley towards Dolgellau.
