"Exceptional"

The room was clean tidy and comfortable the breakfast was excellent there were little touches like a Cork screw and sewing kit was easy to find and within walking distance of the beach town and talyllyn railway host jackie was friendly and helpful

Jackie had thought of everything you may need & provided them. The property was very clean & well presented. The hosts were very friendly & the breakfast was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely big house and room was brilliant with good facilities. Jackie was very friendly and gave good ideas for even meals. Couldn’t fault anything delicious breakfast.

"Fabulous overnight stay in a lovely house with wonderful hosts, we would definitely book again."

Fabulous property, very warm welcome by Jackie, the bedroom was much bigger than anticipated and the bed was huge but very comfortable, everything you could need was in the room, breakfast was lovely, we would definitely book again if we are in the area.
