Where do I start? The property was beautiful, and the owner and his wife were incredibly friendly and laid-back, which made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious—typically Italian and a refreshing change from the standard UK offering.The location is great, with easy driving access to various attractions. The drive to the property itself offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and countryside.Our room was spacious and spotless, and the bathroom was modern, clean, and fully equipped. On-site parking was available under the shade of the trees, conveniently located right next to the accommodation.We even received a short history of the place, and I enjoyed learning a bit about the owner and his two sons. The setting was ideal for our toddler, Jonathan, who spent most of his time happily playing outside and bonding with the resident cat.

Location, location, location...up on a hill, you can see and feel the quietness and beauty of rural Italy. The quality of life is born here. Great accomodation with very nice and homemade breakfast with view :)

for me the mattress was a little bit too soft. fyi, just to be aware, the road to the house is narrow and sometime steep, but it worth the view.

Beautiful and quiet place to spend some days far away from big city. ( I’m coming from 5 million city.. so for me it was the most important part ) It’s about a hour from Bologna and Florence. Big thank to Stefano and Stefania! We felt like home.

Beautiful place, in the middle of the nature. Peace and relaxation. Good breakfast, from local natural products and home made by the owners. Big and comfortable room. And a friendly cat .
