Located in a small village, not far from the highway, Tranquile with amazing views of the sorrounding hills. Stephano and Stefania are great hosts and makes you feel at home. Breakfast on the balcony facing the view, with the sound of birds, and blooming flowers from every corner. Huge spotless room, with great shower

"Amazing location, beautiful house, great hosts!"

Beautiful place, immerse in the nature, but easily reachable. Amazing view, very nice house with garden and very close access to trails in the surrounding forest. Stefano and Stefania are amazing hosts and make you feel like family!

This was one of the best accommodation we have stayed in. The host's attitude, accommodation and location are fantastic. Definitely roccommend.

The access to the private parking is little narrow so you have to be aware of stones when you have longer car.

"Mountain perfection"

This was the perfect stay with the perfect hosts. Stefano and Stefania helped us above and beyond and we just wish we could have stayed longer. The most comfortable bed in the world ! And a stunning garden with Appenine views
