The views are great from the property, which you can spend hours looking at. We’ll set out for any visitor to enjoy. The staff were all so friendly and could not do enough to help out. They were really good and helped us with our plans we had so we also visited places we were not aware of, which turned out to be nice to do whilst there. We will be back.

Bathrooms require a little attention as the air vents were broken and keep falling out both internal and external.

Good customer service. They can organize tours around Banaue. They offer to pick you up at the bus station but I requested the driver to stop near the hotel. Good location, about 5 min walk to Banaue's centre. Cozy room. Wifi works well.

There was rubbish in the bin when I checked-in. I think that with only one light in the room, it is not sufficient to light properly the whole room. There are 4 toilets, one for each room outside them, but one toilet was disabled and on another one the shower didn't work. There fore there were 2 showers and 3 toilets available for 4 rooms.

The view was magnificent and just nearby at the busstop

Not dislike, but more discomfort personally.

I liked the view and the weather.

The noise from the other rooms when the doors opened and closed and also the sounds of footsteps on the floor above. The 6:30 last food order in the evening was too early for us.

Very good value: Beautiful balcony, very good food, clean and comfy room. The bathroom is basic - but functional and clean. Great asset is the staff: welcoming, accomodating, sharing knowledge and organizing tours.

Location and view. Friendly staff. Easy check out

Private Bathroom is not in the room, not very comfortable. Long check in, had to wait.Cold in the room.
