"Enchanting location, amazing breakfast."

The property is reached via an enclosed road which means the location is secluded and tranquil. We saw a hare on our way back. Lynn and Pete are wonderful hosts, we really enjoyed our stay, an exceptional breakfast, looking forward to a return visit.

There is nothing not to like, come and stay, you will not be disappointed.

Wow, this place is incredible. The hosts made you feel like old friends and treated you as such. The rooms are great, the beds are so comfortable too. The location is serene and beautiful. Breakfast was amazing too. Honestly, one of the best places we've stayed at bar none. If your visiting bixton, save yourself the bother of hunting for somewhere to stay, just book here.

What a lovely treasure in the Buxton area. Quiet and quaint. Lyn and Pete were perfect hosts and it was lovely to chat with them over breakfast.....which was delicious. Home-made sausages, butter and bread, local eggs....simply perfect. The room was adequate for our needs with amazing hard beds and fluffy towels for luxury. Tea and coffee in the room and a TV if you need...but the scenery is outside so no TV required. Parking secure. And the most beautiful cat that we tried to sneak in our bags as he really was so cuddly. Thank you both.

we truly had a wonderful stay and just wanted to say how much we appreciated everything!The room was spotless and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. It really made us feel at home. The breakfast exceeded my expectations — fresh ingredients, plenty of variety, and everything tasted amazing!

"Perfect weekend away"

The property was stunning and in a beautiful location. Not too far from Buxton but in a location that you feel relaxed and away from everything. The owners were amazing couldn’t have done enough to make the stay a welcome one

"Lovely overnight stay in a very lovely property."

Lovely barn conversion in a secluded quiet spot in the Peak District. The breakfast choices were excellent ad the hosts were very welcoming and friendly.
