Beautiful location, lovely hosts, a very comfortable room and a delicious breakfast... couldn't have asked for more!! And not forgetting Eric who loved a bit of fuss! 🐱

A lovely property in a secluded hamlet, very quiet and peaceful, but within easy travelling distance of the amenities of Buxton.

The breakfast tasted amazing, the offer a small continental style breakfast bar, unlimited coffee and a cooked breakfast of your choice. it was excellent and present.

The only points of contention were the lock on the bedroom door, its a barn door style with a locking pin but it didn't work too well and was difficult to set and the only other thing was the bed felt a creaky but that could just be me and my partners build.

The staff were really friendly and very accommodating. They were really good at providing me with a gluten free breakfast.

The property was a little difficult to access. The road from the main road was inaccessible. Had to get to it via a different route.

Lynn and Pete have a beautiful home, and are incredible hosts. A wonderful stay!

Lynn and Pete were welcoming, friendly and took excellent care of us during our stay. Breakfast selection was excellent, cooked really well and was very tasty. The accommodation was modern, clean and comfortable, in a quiet and rural setting. Eric the cat made an appearance too!

Excellent accommodation in a lovely location. Lynne and Pete were lovely to chat to and provided a high standard of service. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided and breakfast was a broad range of options including a cooked breakfast.

Everything was just perfect from the warm welcome to the high standard of the accommodation and hospitality.
