Folly Studio Bed and Breakfast

Everything about our stay at the Folly was lovely. Ann is an amazing host, and had catered to our every need. The room was cosy, comfy and snug, and the breakfast in the morning was just lovely. Would recommend and stay again if in the area. The views from the ridge are breathtaking, and the decor throughout the house individual,stylish and tasteful.

There was nothing I didn’t like about it.

I loved staying at the studio . The owner Ann could not have been more accommodating . Breakfast was a delight every day nothing was too much trouble. Ann was a delight to chat too and I enjoyed hearing about her life . The studio looks out over a beautiful garden and the views are amazing . The walk into Bungay itself is a nice one and easy to visit the small town .

Nothing to complain about

A wonderful place to stay, was so welcoming and comfortable. Ann the owner is a remarkable lady, she was so lovely. Makes a lot of effort at breakfast which was very much appreciated by my partner and I. She has lived a very interesting life and her home is full of interesting things. We were both fascinated by the stories she has shared. Her knowledge of the area was very useful and extremely helpful. Anyone who choose to stay here will have a fantastic time and will feel very welcomed. Thank you so much Ann for a very marvellous long weekend stay at your wonderful home. The breakfast was incredible and Ann was so helpful with suggestions for day trips and activities. Would definitely recommend!
