"We loved everything about it. Very comfortable and we were well looked after"

The garden was glorious and it was lovely to sit out in the evening and watch the sunset. Ann is an excellent hostess and couldn’t do enough to make our stay more comfortable.

"Exceptional"

Elevated quiet position at the edge of town with a lovely garden, overlooking the Waveney valley - about 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Ann was very welcoming and helpful, and provided an exceptional, beautifully-presented breakfast.
