1. The location, it's close to atm machines, minimarts, bars and good restaurants and to massage shops. 2. The host could wait for my payment. 3. Adaptors are available in the room. 4. Clothes drying rack is available right outside my.balcony.

1. The price does not give justice to what I found and experienced. All doors are broken. 2. The bedroom, the toilet and the kitchen are half-clean. 3. This is a very old bungalow, so the price is not fair. You can find a better one with the same price. 4. The host was only pleasant on chat prior to my arrival. 5. For it's price, free water bottles must be available. 6. Upon check-out, did not even allow me to keep my bags inside the room for just an hour.

The first thing we really enjoyed is the view on the rice field. If you have a choice, take a room on the second floor! Also the sound isolation is very good in the room. We haven't heard any sound from the neighbors. It is not always like this in the guest houses on Bali, so it is great that this place has it! Also we liked that the kitchen is in the separate space. Terrace was also nice. Bed and pillows comfortable. Generally the room and the bathroom were clean. There were a lot of white towels: big ones for bath, smaller ones and the smallest - 3 towels per person.

There are a lot of mosquitos. Don't forget to use anti-mosquito device. Also there were ants in the bathroom. But the staff poisoned them very fast after our request.

I loved the balcony and and the view of the rice field. very peaceful to sit and have a cup of tea in the morning. very good value for money.
