Le logement est très bien situé !

Logement très bruyant (rue + voisin du dessus) et les équipements sont à revoir : rideaux cassés, poignée cassée et porte fermée à moitié

Stanza perfetta e pulita, bagno cieco e senza ventola di areazione, ma essendo la stanza piccola fortunatamente con la finestra in camera non si sviluppano cattivi odori. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Sono stato un po' insoddisfatto solamente perché all'arrivo, non mi é stata assegnata la stanza che avevo prenotato, quest'ultima che mi é stata assegnata, presentava una porta con la cerniera un po' rotta da non chiudersi perfettamente.

lack of response from the staff regarding the WiFi password. I tried calling and also sent a message through the booking chat, but I never received any reply.

Very central location

We couldn’t access the property with the key code given for the key safe as it was the wrong code and there was no one available to give us the correct key code, we ended up waiting out in the heat for around 30 mins before we could get in by another resident coincidentally opening the door, communication with the staff generally wasn’t great, ended up having to transfer the city tax money via bank transfer after the trip as we didn’t know to leave it before check out, a fridge in the room also would have been good.

Location was fantastic, once I was able to locate it! Just a feel safe city with a lot of history to see and this location is in it!

The host had a hard time explaining in English the location of the property and check in procedure and location of keys etc. the wifi never did work for me but I really want i. The room except to sleep. But location and the cleaning staff were amazing and kept things going for me. Still would give it a 4.5 star

great location

no staff to greet us in person, only by phone. Not every tourist has phone service in Italy, so I had to use my data and paid for a few phone calls. There were bed sheets however no pillow cases (which I find displeasing to sleep on a pillow someone used with no pillow case for the pillows) and no soap, no shampoo or any toiletries in the bathroom. Just toilet paper. When taking a shower, the water goes everywhere. Had to dry the floor with towels.
