"Relaxing stay in Panaji."

Clean spacious rooms with private balcony. Calm and peacefull atmosphere and the food is healthy and tasty.

However tasty, the breakfast is called minimal. Unsuitable for a bigger appetite and even an second coffee is extra charged. That in my opinion feels a little unwelcoming. For the rest no complaints at all.

The room stay was nice and cozy. The location is also good. But the service was so delayed, They made me wait for 50 min just to get the room saying the lift didn't function even though I reached 3 hours after the check in time. Then after getting the room, the internet was not working and the Electric kettle that was mentioned in the facilities was not there. I called the lobby around 7 times for a kettle and no one responded and then I had to go down and ask for it and they send they will send it right away. And another 15 min pass by I gave him a call again and he mentioned we can give the kettle only to the people who are taking the services later he did confirm that he will provide the kettle which actually is mentioned in Booking.com, seems like the stay is not a part of the "Service". Anyway, he said he will send the kettle right away. Eventually I had to go down and get the kettle. Next thing, I ordered food through Zomato and requested the staff to bring it up and they said they won't bring the food up, I have to come and get it myself. I believe following all the rules is ok being a little hospitable won't hurt I mean, why do you provide rooms for people who are not there for spa services if you can't provide them with services. Oh btw, I finally got the internet after sometime but it was so slow, my data had better speed than the wifi there.
