"Not a party place. Affordable place. Highly recommend for families."

Would recommend this place to stay for one or two days. Idle for family. Prices are comparatively cheap. Place is neat and tidy. Central to the city Panjim. Staff are polite.

Didn't had swimming pool. It is a wellness centre which also offers stay. Not a party place

"Worst stay in goa"

Prime location.

Had problem with refunding when I shortened the stay. Everything was confirmed by booking.com but the host refused and made us wait for long without mentioning the proper reason. We lost an hour arguing with the staff. If you are planning a leisure trip, this is the worst stay that you can get in goa. Wastage of lot of our energy on unwanted things caused a headache during the trip.

"Cockroaches on the bed"

The room wasn’t cleaned at all. There were small cockroaches all over, even on the beds. The ac wasn’t working for first 2days. The tv wasn’t functioning as well. It was our worst stay ever.

- The interior was good, big spacious room and a big balcony - Location was fine, 10 minutes to Miramar beach, 25 minutes to main Panaji area on foot - Staff were warm and polite - Bed was comfortable but could have been better

- Breakfast serving time was on slower side - Be ready to prepare for a cab early as finding a cab might be difficult as the taxi stand is not nearby
