My mom and I really enjoyed our stay with Denis, his friendly company most of all. We discovered in subsequent B&Bs across Ireland that they don't all do hospitality well but Denis certainly does. He's warm, knowledgable, good humored and accommodating. And Izzy! What a dream pup she is...enhanced our stay considerably. Highly recommended

The accommodations were equally remarkable. Booking both a double and a single bed room, I found them clean and having an old-world charm. Yet, the standout feature of Saint Martin's was its captivating garden, adorned with vibrant flowers and fruit trees. Adding to the charm, the B&B was home to a friendly dog, a couple of cats, and even chickens in the backyard. For those with allergies to animals, I'd advise communicating your needs with Denis before your stay. Denis, the owner, was truly a gem. His warm demeanor and genuine friendliness made me feel instantly at home. At 182 Eur for both rooms, the cost was reasonable, considering the level of comfort, service, and atmosphere provided. In conclusion, Saint Martin's Bed and Breakfast in Bandon, Cork, is a hidden treasure deserving of its accolades. For those seeking a quaint, cozy escape in an idyllic setting, this is the perfect choice. Nothing but praise for Denis who goes out of his way to make you feel like home! Apple tart offered when we arrived, he even organised dinner for us and walked with us to the restaurant. The Irish breakfast was delicious. Denis is a warm and kind soul. We wish him all the best with his B&B
