Room was very spacious and very confortable. very clean and organized inside the property.

we had to pay more tha what it was offered. Aparently parking has an extra charge. We couldnt pay with credit card. We were told that at the property only accept cash, Parking is a bit far from the entrance of the property. not very confortable when unload and load the baggage.

Poca pulizia, il fatto che c’era scritto di poter pagare con carta e poi ci ha chiesto i contanti perché il pos era in manutenzione, camera molto umida, mancanza di asciugamano per le mani, di carta igienica e saponette varie per lavarsi, in più la nostra camera (suite king size) affacciava direttamente sul patio dove tutti facevano colazione, nessuna visuale della natura come da loro riportato nelle foto. Ingresso scomodo e senza un’insegna.

Luis es una persona muy atenta en general ya que ofrece buenos Tours, desayunos distintos y muy ricos, además tiene un alojamiento muy cómodo con excelente ubicación. Además es un gran persona ya que tuve un pequeño accidente y siempre estuvo muy preocupado desde el momento hasta que me retiré del hostal, es muy agradecido por su preocupación y atención.

Il est noté « vue sur le jardin » mais il n’y a pas de jardin, alors que nous pensions pouvoir laisser les enfants jouer dehors. Par contre, on voit bien la montagne en face!

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is located just outside the city center of Baños, so you do not hear the noise from the bars, yet everything is still within walking distance. The hosts are friendly, the breakfast is delicious every day, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the shower has hot water. We were especially happy with the gentleman and later the lady who managed the hotel. They were easy to communicate with, and whenever we had a question, whether about laundry or an excursion, they took care of everything for us. Next time I am in Baños, I will definitely return to this place!

It is good to know that the walls are a bit thin, so if you are a light sleeper, you might hear your neighbors coming in at the evening. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.
