Csodaszép panoráma,csend és nyugalom!A szoba berendezese szuper, kényelmes volt az ágy!A reggeli finom,és bőséges!Mindenkinek ajánlani tudom!!Az étteremben elfogyasztott vacsora fantasztikus,a személyzet nagyon kedves ,segítőkész!Rendkívüli a hely!!

Loved the location and the response from the staff.

Parking and stairs.

We stay here regularly and historically have loved the place and the experience of staying here.

Sadly, it seems the service is really slipping. On our most recent trip, there were no towels provided in one of the rooms at all and also only one mug per room when rooms are designed for two people (and the week before each room had 2 mugs). Not sure if this is caused by new staff or something else, but it is now very different to the place we used to love coming to.

We have been coming here at least once or twice a year for quite a few years. The location is nice with beautiful views and the accommodation pretty comfortable.

There seem to have been some changes in staffing and approach of staff this year and we didn’t feel as welcome on our latest visit. Also not too keen on the changes to the breakfast arrangements - there used to be a large variety of options including eggs and frankfurters and that’s now all gone and instead you get a breakfast basket where things are preselected for you and no cooked breakfast options anymore. Also no selection of teas anymore - now you’re left with whatever is provided in your room which on our latest visit was one green tea and one fruit tea sachet. Our relative in the other room only had one type of tea provided.

A pincesor fogadóban szálltunk meg. Gyönyőrű volt a panoráma, csendes és nyugodt volt a környék és a szobák is. Eldő este a vendéglőben vacsoráztunk, ami isteni finom és bőséges volt. Aki erre jár nem szabad kihagynia!

Amellett, hogy összsségében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat ezen a gyönyörű helyen, sajnos volt negatív tapasztalatom is. Mikor megérkeztünk értesültünk róla, hogy esküvő van, ezért nem tudtunk parkolni. Az odajutó eléggé meredek úton, nem szívesen hagytuk volna az autót. Az első Úr és Hölgy akinek ezt jeleztük, annyit mondtak: ,, hát most esküvő van, menjenek le a városba és hagyják a buszmegállóval szemben a parkolóban az autót". Jelzem mégegyszer, meredek az út nem kicsit. 3 km-en keresztül szerették volna velünk felfele huzatni a bőröndjeinket. Szerencsére érkezett a tulajdonos, aki érzékelte, hogy valami probléma van, Ő segítőkész volt és megengedte, hogy az Ő kapujukba parkoljunk. Véleményem szerint, a szállóvendégek részére szabadon illene hagyni 1 parkolóhelyet/szoba, de ez sajnos nem történt meg. Ez az egyetlen negatív tapasztalatom volt a 2 fővel, akik nem segítettek orvosolni a problémát.
