breakfast good. Location average. It is in the heart of a housing estate some distance from a main road

Host friendly and welcoming. Room comfortable and clean. Variety of welcome drinks. Breakfast plentiful and we'll presented.

The outside of the house and the garden is unfinished . The garden, especially, is a sight for sore eyes and tainted the stay. The hostess was apologetic, however, it would incredibly help the business if the garden project was completed soon.

Nicky could not have made us more welcome or offered any more to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Continental breakfast suited us just fine. I'm gluten free and Nicky had even got GF bagels and biscuits for me. Loved the fridge in the room and the fresh milk and prosecco 😀.

Nothing to fault.

Lovely couple and immaculate room. You can walk 20 mins into town. Nice touches eg shampoo, water and coffe/tea in the room. Highly recommended
