KZAwful service. First of all, the hotel does not have any signs, so you have to guess. Also the address in the booking profile is wrong. It took us a while until we found it thanks to people passing by. The owner was not in the hotel when we arrived, so we had to wait one hour. Upon arrival they said to take another room with higher price, otherwise to get out. We had no choice as it was raining outside. The room is dirty, messy, very cold and smells awful. Bedsheets are unwashed and smell. Toilet is literally combined with shower. No convenience items such as soap, shampoo or gel. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this hotel.
