SAThere is a common kitchen with a fridge microwave and washer which was convenient. They give you a private key for the main door which is locked at all times so it's secure as well. The air-conditioning worked well and the toilet was big.
The location was a bit far from the centre..about 1.5km but it's a pleasant walk if your up for it. The bed was uncomfortable though... The springs were hard and sticking to our backs.
