Location Ideal for what we wanted, Chatsworth, Bakewell, Walks etc. Mark was a fantastic and knowledgeable host. Room was delightful, spotless and lovely decor, all touches excellent such as coffee, biscuits, milk, fridge in room, and shampoo and body wash good. Bed lovely and comfy, it was like home from home. Fried breakfast excellent, Porridge for wife very good. Lovely and peaceful setting, imagine even better in summer. All in experience was excellent

We both had a fry the first morning and then my wife had scrambled egg, bacon and beans the next two, while I still took the fry. It was well presented and most of it was local food. Excellent.

The room was large and had a fridge, which was very useful to us. The breakfast was amazing. Mark was very obliging and made sure we had everything we wanted. The room was modern and looked out onto the garden.

Nothing was lacking. Plenty of hot water and the room was warm and comfortable. We felt very much at home. Will definitely return.

A hidden gem. Fantastic location, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and the most amazing host Mark. Ticked every box.

Property is fantastic and clean , the host Mark is really helpful and full of knowledge for local walks if you're new to the area like we were . There are also some nice pubs within walking distance . Breakfast was also really nice. It's on our list to visit again .

There is nothing bad to say I would recommend to anyone .

The location was perfect for what we wanted. Couldn’t fault the breakfast it was superb especially my omelet.
