The stuff was walking around in front of us wrapped in towels and nothing else 😒🙌very terrible behavior

The room was not cleaned, there was a lot of dust and spider webs.

The staff was very responsive and the host as well . I had a minimal issue with payment and was assisted right away with alot of respect...Big up guys!!

The radio was loud the whole night so we couldn't find the rest we were looking for on day one ,but it was addressed the next day. Besides that I would highly recommend the place ,it's SAFE !!

There was a party on the first night that went on thru the night until 10:00 the next day! We could not use the pool in the morning because of all the other guests! Even in the afternoon we could not use the pool because of the chlorine that was put in the pool! The deck chairs were never put out for use. There was no DStv - the account was not paid! Aircon did not work! Showers leaked! Two out of the the three superior rooms, were superior, no.3 was not!

we didnt have breakfast.

I only liked the fact that the water was warm, either than that I hated everything.

No one welcomed us, we were directed to our room through a phone call, no receptionist nothing (when I asked the other guests, they said it’s a self catering ) 2. They even took long to open the gate 3. The property had no breakfast yhooo, it’s not worth the price we paid 4. lol they took time to open our gate when we wanted to leave, imagine there’s no reception to call. Yhoo what a bad experience

After booking I was changed to another property which was not off the standard of what was booked. The excuse was that the property got overbooked due to booking.com making an error. How is that my problem?
