The only thing that we liked was the clean rooms.

We were not happy with the services and facilities of the establishment.From the two rooms we booked, room number two air con was not working.My poor parents had to suffer sleeping in that room and when we informed the owner she was not helpful.The noise level from other guests was another problem due to the proximity of the rooms which did not allow much privacy. Overall horrible experience.

I managed to get a bed and slept

1) There was no signage and no one at the gate. After pressing the buzzer for quite sometime one of the guest ended opening the gate for us. 2) There is no reception, upon entry there was no reception or any officer to welcome us. We had to look around and we ended up coming across a cleaner who gave us the keys to the rooms. 3) The air conditioner didn’t work in room 2 and the TVs were not playing in all the rooms. When we engaged the cleaner who was the only staff available, we were told that the problem cannot be fixed coz the internet 🛜 is not working. 4) There are no rules and order at the facility, anyone does whatever they like whichever way they like which causes a very chaotic and unbearable stay. The guests that we were doing a barbecue at the main entrance door and the dining area was filled with smoke. The children from the other rooms were running around everywhere as if they were in their private home so one was unable to sit in any of the common areas. 5) The beds are uncomfortable. They have joined two beds as though it was one which is uncomfortable. 6) They only have one large towel and a hand towel which implies a shortage for a couple. I will never come back again.

Everything was just perfect. From the host to the staff. Very welcoming. It’s a pity the weather was not good I couldn’t utilise the swimming pool as I had planned. The view was so beautiful.

The shower door bottom frame holds a lot of water that then flows out into the toilet floor. We had to keep on wiping the floor now and then. I know rooms can be cleaned by the staff but some of us prefer to do it ourselves so having a broom and a mop each room would be great. The door mats as well please, it was raining upon my stay so I would get inside the house with some mud.

The poor administration. The server is ignorant. We were not received properly.

Nothing because we were scammed

The fact that on arrival, 8 minutes after we booked, we were told that a walk in had booked the whole house and we must cancel on booking.com where it clearly stated that there would be no refund on a cancellation. Scam scam scam
