スタッフがフレンドリ。朝食も美味しかった

レースカーテンしかなく早朝から部屋が明るくなった。

奥様の笑顔が良かったです。

気温が高すぎた事もありますが、食堂や廊下にエアコンが欲しかったです。

オーナーさんが快くペット対応をして下さいました。周りのお客様も犬連れが多く温かい交流も魅力的でした。

お部屋はかなり質素でした。ですがほとんど外で過ごしていてお部屋は寝るだけだったので十分でした。

Absolutely lovely family running this older hotel. They were very easy-going and friendly, offering advice when we wanted it, leaving us in peace at other times. They bought the hotel fairly recently and are clearly committed to making life in the Hakuba area work for their family. We are more than happy to support them. More than anything, we are very grateful and appreciative of how nice they were to our dog. The hotel itself is a bit outside of town next to expanses of rice fields. We have a vehicle which is ideal, but the hotel owner was also picking up other guests and driving them about to various activities throughout the day. The breakfast and coffee was great. Use of the kitchen materials in the evening was appreciated. If you are looking to see Hakuba on a budget or to ski on a budget, this place is highly recommended.

愛犬と泊まりました。 スタッフはとても親切で親しみやすかったです。 たまたま他の宿泊客がいなかったので、ちょっと寂しかったですが、今度は友人たちと来たいです。 中々愛犬と泊まれるホテルは少なく、ここは料金もリーズナブルで、次回もぜひ利用したいです。

オーナーさんがとても良い方でした。 特にルールは無いので自由に過ごして下さい。と言ってくれました。また、近場のおすすめの温泉などを紹介してくれました。また利用させて貰いたいです！

わんこに優しい。オーナーさんも気さくな方でした。

上の宿泊者があまりにうるさくて寝れなかった。騒ぐのも何時までとか決めて欲しい。
