Cozy. Liked the private bathroom we had. Ski storage available. Owners offer some shuttle services.

No general info given. We had to ask about info that should have been posted or given to each guest. Like they offer a dinner shuttle at a certain time, but we were not told that. Room decor lacking. Some awesome ski posters could liven the place up.

The hosts are very nice and helpful. They provide free pick up and drop off as well as shuttle to ski resort, restaurant and other facilities.

The common room is not tidy enough and furniture arrangement could be improve but still ok.

"A home away from home"

Summer Leaves is an incredibly cozy place, nestled in a quieter area of Hakuba Valley. It offers clean rooms, comfy beds, toasty fireplaces and a plate of freshly cooked breakfast each morning. The shuttle service is super helpful and the team were great at accommodating our needs. Mary and Mickey have done a great job of making the place feel very homey and warm - thank you for being amazing hosts along with all the other staff!

The drying room could have been warmer.
