Friendly hosts and good breakfast

Room a bit small and front entrance can be more tidy.

Mary & Mickey are fantastic as well as their staff. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. They provided a great breakfast and shuttle service to the resort, bus stop, town and the Sierra Resort onsen. Really can't say enough about Mary! She is just the best host ever! Thank you Mary for making our stay so great! Hope to see you next year! Aloha

Felt really homely and staff were amazing at dropping us and picking us up from the ski resort. My children loved it and felt really relaxed here.

The service was impeccable, where the operators and support team would go out of their way to satisfy your holiday plans. Good location too. Would definitely stay here again.

Difficult to dry snow gear in the equipment room

Our hosts, Mickey and Mary, were friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. From arranging ski gear to lift passes to shuttles to early takeaway breakfast for us on our checkout day, all just a quick nod, a smile, and it was as good as done.

If you are coming to Hakuba you have to stay here. Incredibly friendly staff that could not do more for you. Summer leaves helped us organise ski rentals, ski lessons and offered free shuttles to the slopes which mean you could skip all the queues for the buses. On top of that, they provided a great breakfast to set you up for a day of skiing, where you could pick the time that you wanted to eat to maximise how much time you had on the slopes. My partner and I have been travelling for nearly 5 months and we both agreed that this is the best place that we have stayed.
