The Bosk @ Breamish Valley Cottages

Location and facilities were perfect. We stayed at The Bosk for two nights and wished we'd been able to stay for more. We had dinner there on the first night and the food was fantastic, especially the pizza. We also had two amazing breakfasts both mornings we were there. Safe to say everything we ate was perfect. Staff super helpful and accommodating. The spa and pool facilities were great too, and we made sure to visit them more than once during our stay. Clean and tidy, the whole spa facility felt top quality and helped create a super relaxed atmosphere. The location and surroundings do a great job of that too. Already looking at booking our second visit!

The welcome. We couldn't find anyone to tell us where to go out what to do until we saw the small sign near a door giving a mobile to phone.

Exceptional Rooms and facilities Staff were really kind and accommodating.

The rooms were modern and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order, delicious and with lots of choice. The Spa facilities were incredible, we particularly enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. There were also numerous spa treatments to enjoy. The location was perfect for exploring some of Northumberlands special attractions.

Amazing location and lovely room.

Our room (Bilberry) is above the kitchen. The extractor fan is on from roughly 7am to 9.30 pm and is rather noisy. Not only that but it is possible to hear music and voices of the those working in the kitchen. This takes the sheen on what is a beautiful room in a lovely and well run property.

Amazing stay!! The location is fab - lots of things to do with tennis courts, mini golf, pool, the spa, walks from the property etc. it is a nice walk (30 mins ish, flat) into plowburn too where there is a pub! All the staff super friendly. Food from the restaurant was amazing, reasonably priced food and drinks. Breakfast was really nice. Gym is really good with lots of equipment. Spa is lovely and easy to book etc! Definitely recommend this stay.

No complaints but 2 minor points: limoncello spritz we ordered in the spa was very weak and just tasted like tonic. Also beer not on the menu to be able to order online, although the staff were lovely and could order a beer through them. The restaurant/ bar area shuts up quite early in the evening so we felt like we were being rushed out a little bit when having a drink after our meal (9.30pm ish). It would be nice to be able to stay a bit later enjoying a drink on a Friday/saturday but understand that isn’t the purpose of the restaurant / bar area here.

Very clean, nicely decorated. Serene. Perfect location. Lots to do. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was great too.
