★向かいの部屋の犬が夜遅くまで鳴き続けて子供が寝付けず困った。★都合で少しベッドを動かしたらとんでもない量のホコリでスタッフが居ないので不衛生な中で我慢して寝た。★駐車スペースが無く雨の中、雑草の中にしか停められず足元が泥だらけになった。困ってもスタッフが居ないので困った事を伝えられなかった。★個人情報漏洩です。フロントに他人の名前、住所が書かれたバインダーが置きっ放し。「受付、書いてここに置いてください」と個人情報漏洩への意識ゼロ。

Un grand merci pour ce super séjour à Kizuna, nous aurions pu rester longtemps tellement nous nous y sentions bien ! Merci pour l'accueil, espaces communs et chambre très agréables et petit déjeuner délicieux !
