Very clean and beautiful staff. So friendly and willing to help. Fantastic cooked breakfasts and very thoughtful about my gluten intolerance. The onsen is wonderful, there’s a vending machine for drinks and snacks are available for purchase at reasonable prices. They really have thought of everything!!

It’s a bit of a walk away from everything which is fine. Quiet location. Although other guests are quite noisy making sleep difficult at times.

We had a great stay at Kizuna Lodge mid Dec. Helpful staff and nice simple breakfast for most days. Just to share, this is a lodge. There is no Aircon in the room which is ok during the cool seasons.
