"Cozy"

The place was incredible cozy, looked like it came out of a movie. The facilities were also great, free pop corn, tea, hot chocolate, cheap food to buy, everything so well thought. There is a little fire place outside, and games for us to play. The staff is AMAZING, help me out and drove me to the pharmacy when I had a medical emergency. The room was clean and had the cutest view to the autum leaves. 10/10

Nice common room for private eating/drinking, chill and Netflix. Free tea, coffee, milk and popcorn was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very responsive and super friendly. Nice small Ofuro free to use

Beautiful place, it feels like in the Swiss alps. Spacious room, very lovely. Quiet hotel.

I got overhyped by reading all the comment about the breakfast, I was so excited and got lil disappointed when I saw it was very occidental breakfast, however the offer is good. So it's not negative. Just wished to have traditional Japanese breakfast

Really nice lodge, very warm and welcoming as far as the facilities go. The location was great, about a 30 minute walk from the station. The free breakfast was a great way to start the day. It was nice to talk with the other guests and hear about their travels in Japan. What I liked most about this place was how welcoming, friendly, and helpful the staff was. The lady who was working at the front desk was really friendly and easy to talk to. I think her great personality really contributed to everyone feeling comfortable and being able to fully enjoy their time at the lodge/in Hakuba. So, thanks to her!

The bed was a little hard, but that’s normal for Japanese hotels. I was so tired I just passed out anyways.

スタッフが皆さん親切 木々に囲まれていて静か 美味しい朝食付き(野菜が毎日出ると更に嬉しい) 無料でレンタルサイクルがある

強いて言うなら部屋の壁が薄くて隣の部屋の生活音が聞こえること
