great location halfway between Happo village & Wadano

staff could have been more accommodating with shuttle transfers, sometimes would rather sit on their phone.

The staffs were very friendly, picked us up from Happo bus station even after multiple last minute change on time. They also dropped us off at the station after check out.

The heater in the room was not working. And the room was freezing

Staff were excellent, Hayji every happy to shuttle us around, pick up/drop off etc. Kitchen staff very friendly also

Heater in bedroom was poor, needed resetting often and didn’t get very hot Our room with two single beds was very small even by Japanese standard

Heated flooring downstairs, super comfortable bed (some might find it firm), and not far from most places. Breakfast and hospitality was superb, the staff working in the kitchen and running the shuttle were extremely helpful, polite, and made great conversation. Cheers to Remy!

The room size was awful, even for Japan. Two skinny people were tripping over their luggage and shimmying around each other in the cramped space. I smashed my shins and toes several times during our stay. At a minimum, the oversized (but short) queen bed needs to be moved to the far wall to give even a bit of space. We honestly would have preferred they removed the entire ensuite and let us shower in a communal bathroom so we could at least access our luggage properly. It was so cramped even other guests were packing their luggage in the hallway.

Everything was what I expected. You get what you pay for it is very good value for money the ensuite rooms are tight but like I said it is not a 5 star hotel and meet our expectations. Will happily stay there again.

Not much you can change as the rooms are already build but they are very tight. If you are looking at spending time in your room only this would not be the place to stay, however they have a very nice downstairs area.
