Staff were very happy to help, the breakfast was good and overall the stay was really nice, only a short walk down to the village and shuttle busses to get you to the mountain each day very accessible.

"Warm and cozy lodge making for a great Hakuba stay"

Location was perfect and the lodge feel - cozy and relaxing. AG was so accomodating throughout our stay and made it incredibly easy and the chefs were great every day

Tiny tiny room for two people to stay in and the bed was very hard

We are a family of 4. We were given 2 adjoining rooms with a private bathroom, which were suitable for our stay. Breakfast and location were very good. Nothing fancy but the breakfast served each day was different and very tasty. Location is also very near the happo bus terminal and happo ski resort.

The lodge seemed short-staffed at times because there were occasions that there was no one at the reception for a few hours during the day. Other than this, we had a pleasant experience.
