Stunning location with great views of the Sassi. Close to everything. Luciana explained where to visit, where to eat. She even made a dinner reservation for us and helped me book train tickets. Breakfasts were delicious, made more so because we ate out on the sunny terrace looking at the view. To cap it all, Luciana dropped us at the train station. We loved our visit.

Luciana was a warm and gracious host. She made GF bread for my partner and excellent breakfasts with fresh ricotta and marmalade. She was very helpful with tourist info. Very accommodating.

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni stupendi. Matera è un luogo fuori dal mondo, quasi surreale. E Luciana, la proprietaria, è una persona squisita. Ogni mattina col suo sorriso riesce ad abbracciare i suoi ospiti e a dare tanto calore umano. La camera è molto accogliente e curata nei dettagli. La colazione abbondante e con ottimi prodotti fatti in casa o comunque locali. Grazie anche a Olaf, il gattino, che con le sue dolci e simpatiche visite ha addolcito la nostra permanenza. Un caro abbraccio e a presto!
