Muy bien el desayuno y muy atenta la señora que lo preparaba .

La falta de un ascensor y la persona que estaba arriba de mí habitación, caminaba muy torpemente y era muy ruidoso. Otra cosa que me molestó fue que cuando hice la reserva era incluido el desayuno y cuando entregué la habitación, me cobraron euros 20 + 20 por persona por el desayuno que ya estaba incluido!! 😡

Sem funcionários para atender, ducha vazando água por todos os lados, terceiro pavimento sem elevador, escadas super estreitas e íngremes, difícil carregar as malas! Se acontecer incêndio a evacuação seria um desastre!

"very close to the city, the metro and the historical trams to discover lissabon."

very nice and clear concept

The room and the bathroom was very small and without any view in the bottom floor. The automated checkin could be improved. Luckily for some reasons i get access information without following the booking.com process requesting tons of unusual and mostly redundant informations to a formular by a mobile phone. Customer should get a really big discount, when he does the work of an receptionist in his holiday!
