Musty smell in the room Dirty towels

Close to metro station and handy for airport.

Me and my partner stayed in the hotel from the 4th to the 8th of May. The stay we had was unacceptable in many ways. Firstly, upon checking into room 201. We found a large amount of mould around the window, the safe wasn’t working and the hand towel was in bad condition. The mould caused us to change rooms that evening. This took time and added stress to what should be a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Once in the new room, 304, we found this room to have a faulty shower which sprayed a lot of water over the bathroom when using due to faulty pipes not being sealed. The hairdryer also barely worked and wasn’t unable to dry effectively. On top of this, we got a great deal of noise in the room, especially from the room above us but also from the bathroom and corridor next to our room - although some noise is to expected in hotels this hotel has the worst soundproofing of any hotel I’ve stayed in.

Petit dej très sympa, localisation au top près d'un métro et très bonne isolation.

Bara ett täcke, men det är så över hela Europa tror jag. Finns det någon som delar täcke nu för tiden?? Min väninna är bara reskamrat och inte gay. Jag drog nitlotten och fick överkastet och duschhanduken som överlakan.
