Is was a light walk to most place or we took an uber to anything else. The beds were so comfortable. The room was exactly what was advertised.

A estadia foi excelente! Destaco especialmente a limpeza impecável do espaço, que fez toda a diferença no conforto durante a estadia. O ambiente é ótimo, muito acolhedor, ideal para relaxar. Além disso, a localização é muito boa, facilitando o acesso a tudo o que precisava.

Check-in is great, fully self-service, worked without a hitch. Perfect for introverts. Same would go for check-out, in theory, but the reception is in fact staffed early in the morning, so I wouldn't know. Room was quite small, but comfortable, same goes for bathroom (which is across the hallway, but private). Breakfast was decent, but don't expect too many options, a few different kinds of breads, cereals, scrambled eggs and bacon, some fruit and, having tried many options across the city, quite good Pastel de nata. And if you happen to meet someone from the staff, they will offer cheese and ham as well, though that is not out by default due to lack of space. Location - great, the street itself is reasonably quiet, decent amount of restaurants around, supermarket not too far, good transit options.

The wine in the vending machine downstairs is fine, but a cheap bottle from the supermarket is comparable, so would say it's not worth it. Also the wording in welcome letter might imply the 10 euros preloaded on the wine card when you arrive are complementary, they are not, be wary of that if considering to "empty" the card on the last day. Some side streets directly on the other side of the avenue from Intendente station seemed a bit sketchy.

The property was quirky. Location was accessible.

Didn't have breakfast. €12 for cereal, €4.90 for breakfast in nice place around the corner. Charged for bottle water with no price while wine clearly priced. Biggest issue was room size, deceptive. It was supposed to be upgraded family room. Not good at all. Air con unit so noisy beside window. Not as portrayed in website photos.
