Lovely room and decor. All staff were polite at all times

Shower was large but was unable to use as disabled and no grab rails to hang on to. Late when we got to the room and found we needed a 3 pin USB to connect phones etc. Also the guest hand book said we needed a form to fill in for the wifi there was no form to complete in the handbook, had we been notified these points at check in we may have been able to sort out

location was great for my trip, accommodation was great, comfy bed, warm room, tasteful furnishings and tea & coffee in room

Lovely friendly pub. Lady who booked us on and did breakfast the next day was very good.

It was warm and cosy and welcoming on a rainy night. We were a party of 7 and had an annex to ourselves which was great as we didn’t have to worry about the children disturbing anyone. We spent an enjoyable session in the bar sitting by a lovely fire, playing table top games which were provided by the hotel. Breakfast was in a very attractive dining room and there£ there was plenty of choice. The cooked breakfast was well cooked. We didn’t have to vacate our rooms until 11am ,so we were able to go for a walk around Loddon,a delightful little town. We particularly enjoyed the Marina and the children enjoyed talking to the anglers lined up on the bank. If we ever return to the area we would definitely stay there again.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.
