Convenient location, super helpful and kind owners, cozy bedrooms good for a group, fans provided, good WiFi.

The bathroom (maybe the open tank for the toilet?) gave off a very unappealing smell that would permeate the bedroom. No waste bin anywhere. I electrocuted myself a bit turning off one of the lights.

At least Farida's relative took me to the hospital when I was bitten by their dog and was bleeding severely, and he helped me in the situation.

I got bitten by their aggressive dog freely roaming around the property. There were more than 10 dogs at the property, which are very aggressive. (SEE OTHER REVIEWS - SO MANY WARNINGS ABOUT DOGS!). I stayed at their studio, which is a separate unit in the backyard from the main house. After checking in, I got out of the house to go out, and immediately dogs barked severely and ran aggressively to me, I did nothing to upset them, all I did was just getting out of the house and one of the dogs bit my leg. The bite wound was deep, and I had severe bleeding after the incident, but Farida said I didn't need to go to the hospital. After I insisted strongly that I needed a hospital visit, she called one of her relatives and he took me to the hospital. You have to know that currently, there is NO RABIES VACCINE present in Comoros. The doctor prescribed me the rabies vaccine as Comoros is a high-risk country for rabies, but there are no vaccines present in the country at all. We drove around all pharmacies around the country but could not find it. If you get rabies, this illness has 100% death rate. I had to change my flight and had to do medical evacuation to Kenya due to this. This dog bite / threat is a very recurrent incident based on other people's reviews. At least 3 other guests were bitten by a dog, and many were threatened by them, but Farida and her family did not take any actions to protect guests from the risk. There is no fence. The dogs just attack you immediately when they see you. I want to emphasize that you are risking your life by staying at this property. You can get rabies and die if you stay here and get bitten by their crazy dogs. DO NOT STAY here! Plus, the room condition is terrible, with no seat for the toilet (you gotta squat), no working wifi, no power, no hot shower were present. There are so many mosquitoes and ants at the room, and dogs barking and fighting all night outside, so it prevents you from sleeping deeply.

Great location next to the ocean and walking distance to the mosque, market, etc.

The WiFi didn’t work inside the room even though it says there is WiFi throughout the premises. They didn’t take credit cards although it says they do. There were a lot of ants in the room. There was no hot water. There were open pill packets around the room, some still with pills inside.

Unfortunately a little bit to expensive for what you get. The personal is super friendly.

Accommodating staff, very helpful for finding tour guides and plans for exploring the 3 islands.

Power cuts in the city make rooms warm, there is loud music from the bar next door on Fridays and Saturdays.
